Pricing an e-mail list

New here. I run an education forum (equivalent of SAT prep site) and am working with a tutoring organisation that is hoping to send targeted e-mail blasts to my users.
The list is about 8000 users, who are targeted based on when they are taking their final exams. The organisation will be promoting it's online courses and revision guides.
I have absolutely no idea how much to price this list. I would not be giving them the e-mail addresses, but instead just sending the e-mail blast for them.
Many thanks for any advice/help. And yes, when people sign up to the forum, there is a box about receiving e-mails from third party (I've just never done it before).
