Strange Thing With WarriorPlus...Appears as Affiliate and I've Disabled Affs!
Hi,
I've been selling a product through Warrior Plus Adaptative (you pay 2,5% as fees for transaction).
As in the past people that came through my list "Warrior Plus" appeared as affiliate, for this one i've made a test and disabled....
1) Affiliates.
2) WSO of the day (so warrior plus it's not an affiliate).
Everything was ok and sale after sale they've charged me the fees until i've found a $15,60 payment to Warrior Plus (Lexico LLC) for a $32 purchase.
How was that possible???
After checking the WP account, entered the email of the customer and found that "Warrior Plus" appeared as affiliate for the purchase! ????
But this didn't finish here.
I've refunded the full purchase (just because i didn't like what happened) and guess what....those $15 (that went to WP) didn't return to my account!
Any similar experience with this?
