I've got a dilema with email responding

I get in about 500 emails a day from the method I'm using right now. At the moment, I'm using outlook, but it still takes up some time (2 hrs a day of constant work). Is there anyway I can send out these messages quicker? I don't think I could use aweber with this because the emails are coming directly to my gmail account. I personalize the emails by listing the person's name in the email as well. Do you guys see any solutions?

Any help is appreciated.

    For something like that it would be better to have a special script or program created by a programmer on elance or rentacoder.
