Do You Think EzineArtices Favors Or Give Preference To Some Authors?

hey Warriors,

I have been noticing something in some niches that I am in. I realize that it is the same persons that are filling up the recently submitted articles every weekend.

The part that puzzle me most is that although I am a premium member I have to wait for 24-48 hours and sometimes even 72 hours before my article gets approved.

On the other hand the same authors can submit theirs in the morning and get their articles approved and stay on the most recent submitted articles for the whole weekend.

So I am really wondering if ezinearticles favors some authors because is not that their writing is any better than anyone Else's.

What are your thoughts?

The articles those authors have getting approved may have been previously submited and part of their article maketing funnel. There is a good chance they have many more still waiting to get approved and based on when they submit their articles they can tell when they will be approved - I'm talking time of day in terms of submission.

I really dont think so. I've been submitting articles for 2 years now and I've never noticed any inconsitencies at all. I think its just a reflection of how busy they are at times?

At the end of the article you can see when the article was submitted. And I have looked at the niches these authors are in and right now it is Friday eve and they have more than 7 spots for themselves on the most recently submitted articles. At the bottom of their articles said they were submitted this morning.

I believe the time stamp you are referring to is when the article was actually approved by EZA and published not necessarily when it was originally submitted by the author so that can be a bit deceiving.

No that is a different case.

When the article submitted is different from when it is approved. For example I have articles that were approved this afternoon and at the end it says article submitted "March 18 2009" Note today is the 20th.

Yup, you're right.....I was getting that confused with another stat I look at with EZA Sorry about that!!

Is it possible they are premium members and have their approval times setup to take advantage of a submission/approval strategy they have discovered that allows them to take the spots over?

I know for today I have several articles approved that were submitted less then 12 hours ago and I'm not a premium member so for today anyway EZA may be doing lots of approvals.

It is a trend I have been noticing over the last couple of weeks. I have been watching some successful article marketers since I wanted to step up my game. (You are one of them I read your free report about 5 times a couple of months ago- I don't even remember the title. I think is something about building 5 page websites.)

Anyhow I just can't understand why the same authors are getting approved the same time every weekend to get the top spot for the most recently submitted artices.

            • May I ask a couple questions.

First, what is your join data verses the ones you are talking about? I mean it is possible that sometimes the article sites will go ahead and publish ones that have been older accounts and one that help them benefit from the traffic that they can bring.

Once you get me this information I will take a look and see if i can figure something out there may be a trend there.

    yesacpow,

I don't think that they do what you are saying they do however, unless they specifically state somewhere that they don't, or won't then don't they have a right to do whatever they want?

It's their site and their rules.

I'm not saying that I would agree with that or not. I'm just saying that I believe they have a right to do what they want unless stated otherwise.

If I were paying for fast service and someone else who was not paying for that service got in before me then I would write them a letter and ask them about it.

If they responded and said that they were not doing this then I would believe them based on my personal experience with them.

If they admitted to doing it based on whatever reasons they wanted to give then I would definitely stop paying for express submitting.

I believe that it probably has to do with how many adsense clicks an author's article makes for ezinearticles, after all they are not a charity.

So if you choose a niche which is popular and it gets ezinearticles lots of clicks, you will have your articles approved faster, that of course is conjecture on my part and is just my opinion.

I never actually thought about the adsense part of it. But It shouldn't make a difference because it is the same niche so either way they come out on top.
