Best Way to Have a Newsletter?

I host my own website and would love to incorporate newsletters into my site, so I can begin generating leads. Do I have to use something like MailChimp in order to accomplish this? Also, I need some general tips.

I use mailchimp and i love it. Are you using wordpress? With wordpress you could incorporate something like Gravity Forms to help you convert more traffic into signups.

Thanks Judith! Yep, I'm using Wordpress. I have Mailchimp and I set it up awhile back, got a couple subscribers but when I just logged in I noticed they're not there now, so I was a little ticked about that.

I have a bunch of internet marketing ebooks I've written. Do you have any tips for me?

    Thanks guys.

What the hell? You're not allowed to do marketing with Mailchimp? Even if it's for my ebooks?
