need target traffic for eommerce site, we have paid much money on adwords, but we need more...now i will only use CPC since I think CPM has poor conversion in my opinion.

what about clicksor and infolinks? anyone tried them? I have $XXXX budget now but don't know where to burn it...

that's what we have done:

adwords
nextag
shopping.com
facebook ad
and many more other main ad platform.

provide some good channel please... I am now looking for CPC network and good target blogs to put ad on..

I have just run a clicksor campaign and had 0% conversions. I'm not sure if the traffic is real either as most of it bounces within 5 seconds. I would say steer clear of them.

Just sent you a pm with some info on 7 search if you want to try them out.

i used clicksor too once and had 0% conversions. Have you tried buying solo ads at safe-swaps.com Heard many get great conversions and returns on their investment (depending on your offer of course)

  • Perhaps you could look into media buying? If you haven't checked it out yet, Chad Hamzeh's Traffic Blackbook may do well for you.

there really is a massive selection when it comes to paid traffic

what you should be more concerned with is your sales funnel because that is what will make or break your campaign and either keep you in business or put you out of business

if your buying traffic without knowing how to make more back from your investment or at least break even then your going to run out of money very quickly

i have personally had good success with using solo ads and ppc

What is your vertical? That can play a big part in it.

also go to http://advertise.com/- or http://adblade.com/ or http://www.pulse360.com/ check them out.

Also, when people on here are talking about having 0% conversions, it's always way easier to blame the traffic instead of the research, sales copy, sales funnel and offer they put together themselves...

All your marketing is in place? You can make wonders with the traffic you already have if you make some little tweaks to your entire prospect/sales system.

Provide great customer service and give your customer a very powerful reason to buy from you again and again.

I think BUYING traffic is pretty futile. Look to more organic ways to generate traffic,
even if it meant going offline classifieds to generate traffic back onto your website.
Articles and press releases also work really well. If you can afford it, hire a good
writer with search engine optimization skills. At the end of the day, the internet is an
information superhighway, tap into that traffic, organically. To find what topics are
hot to tap into, check out Google Hot Searches

Yeah... this is so far from true.

Sure, if you aren't good at doing buys and you just throw money away at random traffic without proper testing and research it's a waste.

But doing high quality media buys can be one of the most profitable and fastest way to make money - a lot of money.

You just have to know what you are doing, and sadly most people don't.

If you can spend $1 and make $3 you can make as much money as you want.

I read that smaller search engines are better for this purpose than Adwords or Yahoo.

Just use a SEO tool that will give you daily traffic to your site. Getting good traffic everyday and I don't have to pay for CPC or anything like that.

I think you already tried the best traffic sources.

Maybe an alternative could be to find a website which is leader in your keyword field and ask if you can buy ads from it.

Have you tried banner advertising? Traditionally, banners have always been the largest source when it comes to paid traffic and these are typically offered using the pricing model for CPM.

That is a big cash you have there mate, just remember a lot of traffic doesn't mean a good conversion rate. The most important thing is the product itself. Also another factor such as special offer, sales funnel, and sales copy.

ad-center can be a great place to get a good bit of visitors with the right keywords, but I wouldn't burn threw my advertising budget just because. ppv can also give you a big boom of traffic.

What about TV, newspapers, radio, magazines, direct mailing, telemarketing, social media, e-mail marketing? "Buying traffic" shouldn't be a complete marketing plan for an e-commerce business. Walmart and Best Buy aren't just advertising on AdWords.

The great thing about living in 2012 is that these mediums are accessible to small business in ways they never used to be. You can create and pay for a national broadcast or cable TV ad right from your computer with a couple hundred dollars to start.

I know this may be off topics, but what about target some highly competitive keywords and shoot for top 5 positions on google that will generate quality and consistent traffic for sure. If your site has ranked well in the search engine, this is definitely achievable.

One thing I learn in IM, money can't buy intelligent. You can spend that big cash based on people's opinions, but they won't guaranteed it. Time for a little brainstorming, you need targeted traffic, so, what kind of person that you hope to but buy your product? What gender? what age? how much income? what is their hobby? etc.
After that, find PPC campaign that suit that criteria. This will takes time, but you cannot exchange time with money in a case like this.

If you are just getting started on using paid traffic then i would recommend you to get a coach. I used trafficblackbook.com by Chad Hamzen. He charges $1 for a 14 day trial. I find it worth it. It will give you a guide into the paid advertising.
