Setting Up a Non US Resident LLC

I'm thinking of setting up a Delaware LLC, I am a non US resident. One area there seems to be conflicting information on is tax.

Although as a non resident LLC I would not be required to pay tax on the company profits the majority of customers buying my products online are based in the US so would that make be liable for personal income tax in the States? Researching this, the answer is sometimes yes and sometimes no!

Has anyone had experience with setting up an internet marketing LLC from outside the US and how it worked from a tax point of view. I will of course take advice if I want to take this further but I guessed some of you guys have already been through this process.

Thanks for any advice
Mark

I'm curious as to what compelling reason you have for even setting up a US entity....will you have an office here? Employees? A warehouse? Is manufacturing of your products done here?

iirc even setting up the LLC immediately subjects you to 30-35% withholding as a means of ensuring you file nonresident taxes...
