I own this domain name: lasvegasweather.info need advice

hi, 2 years ago I registered lasvegasweather.info. las vegas weather
gets around 160000 exact searches per month. if I sell the domain, what price range should I be looking at? If I develop it, is it reasonable to believe that people looking at the weather have made up their mind visiting Vegas, and should I funnel them to hotel deals? What would you advice me to do, keep the domain and develop it, or sell it?

I would develop it for a while and put some ads on the site to try and bring in some income. I think you would get a much better price for a working site.

    Regards

Google is cracking down on keyword stuffed domains, which are overwhelmingly owned by spammers. These days your best bet is a brandable dot com.
So if you can sell it above renewal price, do it...

      lasvegasweather.info is not keyword stuffing.

Keyword stuffing is placing too many keywords in your meta tags and in content.

      And Google is not everything.

Do you have it parked to get money from the ads?

That's got to be worth keeping and developing. Apart from hotel deals you could be plugging special casino deals for games, shows, and a whole lot more.

There's a host of associated business's who should be interested in taking space on a site like that with those kind of monthly views.

The only downside I can think of is how many of those views are not potential visitors but Las Vegas residents wanting to know if their going to wake up to more sunshine tomorrow?

I've been in the domain business for some time now and provide domain research services for a large company daily. It's my main "gig".
Get rid of this domain. It's a .info and it sucks. I'm telling you the truth. Take it or leave it.

I agree .info is not the best, but in this case it's the search figures that matter more than the domain extension.

Interesting. Only one of the domain extensions is actually in use. All the rest are either parked, for sale or non-existent.
