Simple Money Making Method$

Hey guys. Thought I would contribute. My buddy showed me these methods and I think they are great.



I. The idea is to create a basic niche website with a few related products, and immediately sell on flippa.

First, you want to choose a niche. Purchase a domain name (preferably exact match to a keyword in the niche). Next, simply build a very basic site with Wordpress. Write 5-15 short articles about the niche (ehow, wikihow, forums, and google will give u the info to write about. Now, ad some clickbank or amazon products and Adsense to the site related to the niche. Now, head on over to flippa and list from $50 to a few hundred.

The key is.... Not to market the listing as selling a website. You want to say you are selling a business! It is a turnkey business, that with some marketing on the buyers part, will make consistent money. Now, just repeat.

II.


Take the city you live in (if big, choose a suburb). Next, find a profession (example dentist). Next, buy a domain such as www .dentistsincityname. ComCreate the basic Wordpress site with a few articles on the profession in general, like how to keep teeth clean, flossing, etc.

Within a few weeks, the site should be ranking on the front page for the city profession keyword. Now, contact local dentists, or whatever profession, and offer them ad space for a fee.

Or, you can have someone "rent" the site and advertise only themselves for a higher monthly fee.
