Some Site Flipping Question

Hello Warriors, I have got a question concerning site slipping. I should have asked the question on my other thread but I have decided to start a new thread cos the two threads are different.

Here is my question : I notice so many people are interested in clickbank ready site and I will like to give it a try but I want to know if it is possible to get a plr ebook and edit it to make it unique and sell it as a clickbank ready product.

Doing that will cut cost but is it advisable? I am a Nigerian and I know how people feel about Nigerians which is why I want to be sure I am doing the right thing before I try it.

Second question is, how much will it likely cost to set up a standard and very good clickbank ready site taking into account the designing, ebook, sales letter and articles.

Modified PLR is good to be a Clickbank product.
There in the WSO section sometimes have good designers that could do the design for you in an affordable price like $27 and up. The sales letter could be around $97 or if yu are good in editing sales copy then just buy a good sales letter software. About the articles it could be between $2 to $20 depends on how will you use it.
