How do I promote and manage my Blog

Hi,
I am new here and also in Blogging, I have started my blog a month ago, I am not a good writer but I can manage guest blogs, As you can see on my blog (Techmoo.com) almost 70% posts are from guests, I first Copyscape them and then do a simple Google for any post before approve it,

here are some areas where I need guidance from seniors,
1. Please tell me that Copyscape and Google search + proofread is OK for a blog to approve it?
2. Should I accept the guest posts with the link in body area??(not in auth bio)
2. When I approve a post I bookmark it almost on 50 sites (it is a big headache), can any body suggest me any service where I can bookmark my post on many sites with one click?
3. Now I am thinking to start Directory submission task for about 200 directory submission, will you recommend this task?
4. Any SEO strategy or Software suggestion from Seniors?

I am new here, Plz accept apologize for any Mistake from my side

Thank you
Sam R

Hiring some ghost writers for your blog can be a good option also... If your blog is just a fresh one, it's rare that someone would guestpost on it..

Onlywire.com bookmark your site on over 45 social media sites with one click!

Again experiment with as many marketing strategies as possible but overall keep the main focus of increasing the traffic to your blog. Get more clicks by pushing and syndicating your content out there as ethically as possible.

Tell your contributors to share their own content on social media with their own accounts, this will help you to get valuable backlinks and traffic.

Use videos to drive traffic to your site.

That is also a fantastic idea, at this time I don't have much contributors but I am now going to contact them for this idea, but the main thing I consider at this stage is that what kind of contributor I have got, if I got only link promotes they will not take it seriously,

      Thank you for your advice

You've gotten some really good advice here!

As Manie said: onlywire allows you to bookmark a post on dozens of social bookmarking websites with a single click. Also note that if you are using WordPress there are plugins that will auto-post a link to each new blog post on your blog's social networking pages.

As Yadira said: It's best practice to have your guest bloggers post a link to the guest piece on all of their social networking profiles.

    Here's some additional advice:

Regarding question #1: Yes, a check at Copyscape & a proof-read by you is plenty to approve and publish a blog post.

Regarding question #2: I would only allow the authors to post a single link in their bio at the end of the blog post.

Regarding question #3: I wouldn't mess with directory listings. You can make sure you are in some blog directories like technorati, but don't worry about getting into traditional web directories.. they are dead!

Another tip: if you are struggling to find guest bloggers check out myblogguest.com. It's a website dedicated to guest blogging and does a good job of bringing writers and blog owners together.

To me the best way to kick start your traffic would be to get involved in discussions relating to your topic at blogs & forums in your market (link to your blog in your signature file or through your author name). It's also a good idea to answer people's questions at Yahoo Answers & Quora.com with links to more info on your blog.

    Good luck!

My best advice is to repeat what has already been said. Build really good, solid content. Nothing else even comes close in importance.

After you have about 25 really good posts on your blog, get started on Twitter. My blog's traffic really took off after I started tweeting. I don't know of a single successful blogger who doesn't tweet each new post on their blog, but the these same people also tweet about other site's good content.

That last point is really important. Your tweets should run about 5 to 1 other people's content to your own. Think about it, if you are generous and promote others, you build a network of supportive people, especially if you are all in the same niche. These other bloggers are not your competitors, they are your colleagues. You will be amazed at how much traffic they will send you if you honestly praise and support them as well.

Lastly (and this is also Twitter related) follow people based on your niche. If you follow the rock stars in your niche, some will follow you back. The others will not notice you until you start retweeting their tweets or praising their blog or a recent article they wrote. When they start seeing that you are sending them traffic and saying nice things about them, they will follow you and (if your content is quality) send traffic to you.

Sorry I rambled on about Twitter when you asked about blogging, but my blogs never really took off until I started actively tweeting.

Back-Linking is the best method to bring traffic to your blog after the recent Penguin update earlier last year. The more back-links, the more traffic driven to your site!

Here's a list of Back-Linking strategies that I use personally:

    1. Content Syndication
    2. Blog Commenting
    3. Sponsoring WordPress Themes
    4. Article Directories
    5. SEO
    6. Video Marketing
    7. Forum Marketing
    8. Web 2.0
    9. Ego-Bait
    10. Interviews
    11. Social Networking
    12. Fiverr Gigs
    13. Google PPC

I strongly recommend using all of the strategies listed above with diversification. Diversification is better for your website in the long term when Google eventually indexes your site and they will give you a higher index.

With regards to your questions, the answers are listed below.

    1. Yes CopyScape and Google Search + Proofread is OK for a blog to approve.

    2. Only allow the author one link at the beginning or the end of the guest post, that should be sufficient. You wouldn't want him stealing your viewers' traffic too much.

    3. Bookmarking Demon is a great software which I use to bookmark my site very quickly, you might want to check it out.

    4. Definitely, go ahead with the directory posting.

But don't create back-links too fast otherwise Google might suspect that you're using black-hat techniques to bring traffic to your site. 20 back-links a day is a great number to start off with.

I've written a massive guide on Back-Linking and Free Traffic Systems, you might want to check that out for a more in-depth explanation on the topic.

I hope this helped you! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'll be more than happy to answer your questions.

Create Quality back links to your site. You can do social bookmarking, article and directory submissions, guest posts, blog commenting on high PR (niche related sites). Just make sure you spread all the work to at least 3 months and you'll be up in SERPs in no time!

Blog directory submission is advisable. Also submit your blog's rss feed to the rss feed directories. SEO is fine, just dont bet the farm on Google. Rank for Yahoo and Bing too. Consider paid advertising also.

Its simple, first you have to know the keywords that you want to rank for, You might get the best keywords by doing a Keyword Research.
After that I would recommend you do an onpage SEO for your product page or the page you want to increase traffic to.
After doing a succesfull onpage SEO you might then start going deep into link building and other offpage SEO techniques
