What is your biggest problem you have with Internet Marketing?

I have a general question for all in this forum and it is what is your biggest problem you have with internet marketing? It could be SEO, PPC, article writing, blogging, traffic, web design, html, listbuilding social media, viral marketing, or whatever?

At this point in my life, I'd say the biggest problem I have is deciding where
best to concentrate my efforts.

It sometimes becomes a real balancing act, especially now that I'm only
working a few hours a week. The time I put in now, as opposed to when I
was working 14 hour days, I want to make sure that I get the most out of
that time.

It's been a real eye opening experience considering I never had to care about
time before working all those hours. Now, I really have to think about what
I'm doing and if it's worth the effort.

I agree with Steven. All of the problem areas you've mentioned are really technical obstacles. These can be overcome by training, learning and trial and error of course. Best use of time is the only critical factor.

I can only agree with what was already said above. You can do so much at a time and no more. My challenge is to fixate on what advertising methods really work and propel those methods.

It's better spending 5 minutes focusing on something that works than 5 hours on something that doesn't.

Too much time spent reading about the industry, staying up to date. By the time you've gotten through the forums and blogs that you read, check and respond to e-mail, the day can be half-over.

Submitting articles to article directory submission sites, I just get so caught up with writing so many articles.

My problem is working on multiple projects going at the same time.

Rather than selecting one and seeing through before moving on to the next, I send up doing a little bit on each one - which causes unnecessary delays in getting new products out.

The best solution, for me, would be to do more outsourcing.

I seem to have my efforts focused everywhere at the same time. I am gradually cutting down my projects and definately focusing on the 20% high value activities now.

I'm just glad that we can actually create an online income and have full control over it atleast.

It beats not knowing when you're going to lose your job or have to rely on getting contracts. So we can't complain

But working out where to focus your efforts first can be a pain - Just remember to not waste too much time on things that AREN'T making you money and you should be sweet as.

Sometimes I find people confused with the activities included under SEM. People believe that Only PPC is SEM and rest of the activities are not its part. Can somebody give a better answer to this question?

I think information overload is the biggest difficulty. Also it's hard to know what really works because there is so much BS being spread around by the "gurus" with fake clickbank earning screenshots etc.

I'd be interested to know ways of getting viral marketing to go viral.

I am achieving success by doing exactly that OUTSOURCING as much as we think that we can run a business by ourselves we are dead wrong! Especially and internet business, there are alot of factors involved, and we need to use those people with talents and gifts to get the jobs done for us. I place alot of emphasis in this in my warrior special offer at the bottom.

My biggest problem with Internet Marketing is not having enough time. To do both content for my website and also marketing, it sure is wearing me down. Although some people do advice on outsourcing the job, I would just prefer to do it myself for quality purposes.

Just to comment on what Steven has to say, I have to agree that there are many options. I guess we just have to go by trial and error and see what works.

For me the biggest problem I have it the amount of stuff I have to keep up on reading tons of tips reading theories of how google indexes and whatever. You get tied up in reading all this and before you know if you forgot breakfast and its 3:30 already

Definitely.. it's either you want to make the day longer when you are trying to post to a number of social networking sites.... harvesting sites...researching for contents and so on....

But you want surely want to make the day shorter when trying to wait for those posts or articles to get published.

My biggest problem right now is I do not have enough time in my day to get my Internet Marketing work done. I have a full time 9-5 job at the office. When I come home, I have the house to clean, children and husband to cook for, laundry to do and a dog to feed, run and bathe and then to find time to learn and apply what I am learning for my online business. It is a huge challenge.

Lately I have been feeling so sleepy while I am driving to my 9-5 job and falling asleep at my desk. I am drinking a lot more coffee these days to stay awake. I am looking forward to working at home full time on my IM business. And then of course the other challenges you all have mentioned above will surface.

Life is never boring when you are an IM marketer, that is for sure!!!!

Time, money and content are the issues for me. I have so many things going that I can't get all the content written myself, not enough money to outsource and too little time. Some days I'm so overwhelmed I get virtually nothing done at all!

The days of clear focus and productivity are too few and far between.
