Am I the only one who thinks this is highly unethical?

Here's an "offer" we got the other day via email. (changed the guys name)

I'm posting this for a reason.

Forget about the fact its a really poor "pitch" to someone he doesn't know, I want you to read the whole thing and focus on the list swapping part.

Its not big in my main niche yet, but i know for a fact its big in the IM niche.

If you're doing this stuff its not only *HIGHLY* UNETHICAL and lame as hell.... but you're exposing yourself to a potential NIGHTMARE of a lawsuit.

especially if your privacy policy and squeeze pages say "we will not rent, sell or trade your information" type stuff like 99% of marketers are using.

Plus you're guaranteed to piss off a LOT of people.

This type of stuff is all short term thinking. If you're looking to build a REAL business, stay away from gimmicks and tricks like this and focus on building a LONG TERM business that doesn't suffer from the "yo-yo" effect.

(you know where your income and stress levels are always going up.... and down... and up... and down)
