Formatting Kindle Book Using Mac

INTERNET MARKETING

I have written a book using Microsoft Word that I want to upload to Kindle. I tried to convert it to mobi using Kinstant Formatter and the formatting has been a nightmare. Does anyone have any ideas a better way how to do this? (I don't have a pc or parallels or windows and don't want to go that route).
