How Flippa analyze the inbound links?

Hi, guys!

How Flippa analyze the inbound links? I searched inbound links for my site in Google and I have them, but Flippa says "Inbound Links: 0". Why?

Flippa may be analysing them as poor quality backlinks whereas Google still shows them They may be cheap or "no follow" back links that really don't help the site

I think Flippa does that automatically, when you submit your site for sale it automatically fetches the "Links in Google" as the numbers of results to the Google query "link:yoursite.com" and the MajesticSEO Inbound Links as the number of links in MajesticSEO historic index for the domain.

To update your listing maybe you should contact Flippa support.

MajesticSEO is a website where you can check your backlinks - after Yahoo site explores was discontinued many use this as their primary source of information on backlinks: Majestic SEO : Backlink Checker & Site Explorer
