Split Test... What Works & What Does't

I read and enjoyed 43 Split-Tests and Other Sneaky Marketing Tricks. Does anyone have any other split tests or tactics that have worked for you in the past.

One example that has been out for a while, but I like it, the exit pop up for http://www.theadwordsmanifesto.com/. Instead do saying hold on Ill give you a discount.. they lead you to an cool optin box.

    I always split test the optin forms on my blogs, and i notice that placing the optin form on the right top corner of the blog sidebar get me better conversions. Just my 2 cents.

    I have seen higher conversions when I place the payment form on the bottom of the sales page, as opposed to having a link to a order page.
