Did a Google search, "Sites like Yahoo answers" and got this result of more than 20: 50 Sites Like Yahoo Answers | Answers.yahoo.com Similar Sites - SimilarSiteSearch.com

Remember the 80/20 rule...You'll probably get 80% of the benefit from focusing on the top 20% of the question/answer sites.

IMO, pick the top answer sites and just focus on them for the best results.
