Is the internet about to get a lot more crowded?

here are my thoughts... newspapers, magazines, books, and much of print media is taking a huge hit right now. There will always be a place for it, but a ton of people are out of work in these industries and that work is never going to come back.

so where are they going to go?

theyre going to go online, the only place they can continue to publish or write, and have a voice.

what does that mean for internet marketers?

I think that its going to over-crowd an already crowded space. Think of all the people pumping out articles every day on the net... now you're going to have a horde of professional writers joining the fray.

When it comes to ad buying, its like every company in the world has to buy in the same newspaper.... there is only one internet.

things are going to start getting even MORE competitive very, very soon. especially when the recession gets closer to an end, the internet is going to be even more competitive and crowded.
