Clickbank issue or is Vendor playing sneaky games with me?

Hey,

I have some serious issue with the clickbank and/or vendor. I promote one specific product through my affiliate page. I get some really nice traffic (~300visitors per day) and it's very targeted.

However, I feel that I'm being scammed.. Let's take August. From 1st to 11 august, I made 13 sales with specific product I'm talking about. To 11-31 of August - ZERO, NADA... - The traffic was same!

Let's take this month (September). From 1-10 of September, I made 12 sales. From 11 to 16 - ZEROOOO..What the heck?

I know that people get their paychecks at the start of every month, but still. Don't you think it's suspicious? For me it seems like the Vendor is just turning off the the affiliate sales...

Other products that I'm selling through clickbank are doing well tho.. So I just don't know what to do. I can't find alternative product either for this niche and I don't want to go with amazon since it has lower comissions.

What is your advice? Is it coincidence? Or is Vendor playing some very sneaky games with me?

    No, it is highly unlikely.

It might just be a coincidence... I can't see that clickbank would screw you. The vender that's a possibility however not very likely either. I don't know your website structure, but have you tried split testing the page to see if you can get the traffic converting again? Also, that made me think to ask... did you change your website in anyway lately?

Have you tried buying through your own link or getting somebody to buy for you and seeing if that gets registered as a sale?

Is it possible that your buyers have money in the first half of the month, but not in the second half?

I ask this only because I have sites that do badly on weekends and ok during the week. I have another site that is just opposite. It does ok on weekends, but badly during the week.

Vendors don't know who the vast majority of their affiliates are. In fact, most vendors don't know who ANY of their affiliates are and, thus, can't simply "turn off" their traffic.

The vendor has nothing to do with it.
