Amazon reporting wrong commission?

I have attached screenshots,

This kindle book reports it costs 2.99 in the commission panel, but on the list price it's 9.99.

Not a huge sale, but I'm disappointed that Amazon's system did this.. It doesn't make any sense to me. Has anyone ever had this problem?

I already sent an email to Amazon, but I wanted to know what others thought.

PS.. If only it would screw up the other direction :p

        It did say it was Kindle book, and it shows only new versions for $9.99.

        Has anyone had this before, I'm wondering if it's a kindle affiliate bug.
