Most people who are making decent money aren't going to want to share their sites, because they don't want the additional competition. People around here tend to safeguard their niches as much as possible.

$100 a month is not that hard at all. You can make a simple wordpress site with Adsense and a few affiliate programs and easily hit that within a month with not much work. Good luck to you!

I doubt anybody is going to show you their money making sites.

I did some time ago and ended up competing with a whole bunch of new copycat sites, so I'll never do it again.

Funny how sig files here are full of sites that people don't mind disclosing. I guess they don't care if these particular sites get ripped off, or copycatted, lol.

Maybe they disclose their sites that aren't making money so that if you run off and copy them, ha ha, the joke's on you.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

I'd never stick a url to one of my niche sites in my sig... Links to my blog or my IM products is a different matter.

Oh come on. Most people aren't posting links to their niche sites in their sigs. They're posting IM links. After all, this is an IM forum. The majority of people aren't going to post a link to their "secret niche" site that's earning them $50 a day or even $100 a week.

There's no secret that there's tons of competition in the "make money online" area. But something like "Korean Midget Wrestling"... well... you might be competing against Archie Bunker, but that's about it. (Whether there's money in the niche is another matter, entirely!)

Anyway, be real. There's a big difference between linking to a WSO on how to make money blogging when you're trying to sell to a forum full of people who want to make money online, and posting a link to your "secret niche" that's actually making you money on a forum full of people who... want to make money online!

It's like slicing your foot open at sea, and sticking it in the water to clean it off. You're just begging the sharks to rip it off.

Yes, the secret is never revealed. The Secret is more concealed than revealed to avoid competition. I agree with you Colin.

Exactly -- as has been mentioned, most folks won't show their sites due to the copy cats who lurk on these forums.

However, do you want to see a money making site? Then go to Google and enter the keywords in your niche. You can bet most of those sites on the front page make money. After you've looked at several of these sites, you'll be able to figure out why they're making money (aside from the fact that they're on the front page in Google).

Alternatively, go to the SitePoint.com marketplace and look at the sites that are for sale, especially in the "established" section. Many of those make a few hundred bucks a month.

Look at their articles -- are they SEO'ed?

Look at the titles of the articles -- are they catchy to pull in the human readers?

Look at how they weave product links into their articles. Often these aren't hard sell pitches, but just recommendations in a regular how-to article.

Or have a glance at how and where they place their AdSense ads.

    Cheers,
    Becky

The sites people have in their signatures (on this forum) are usually promoting the product that warrior has, not a cb offer or adsense site. As such there is little threat of copycats, at most they can take the site's layout and sell their own product, but if they have a quality product to sell chances are they will come up with a good site layout on their own.

And yes, I remember someone posting how they made a site that started pulling profits for them in just a few days, and half an hour later there was a copy cat site (same content, almost the same name etc.) so chances are you won't get people to show their current money making sites, maybe some older ones, at most.

*Sigh* I'm in a good mood so here's one of the laziest way to find sites that make money.....

As you know many people use Clickbank to make money with affiliate income. Each Clickbank member gets an affiliate that they "should" cloak but most do not.....

Ok, so how can you profit off of it? Simple! Every Clickbank product's affiliate link is usually in the format of YYY.ZZZZ.hop.clickbank.net (YYY=Clickbank user name , ZZZZ=Clickbank product).

So join Clickbank, if you haven't done so already. Look up a hoplink for a hot product and once you find out the product code, go to google and type in *.<product code>.hop.clickbank.net

    OR

If you don't have a specific product in mind, then type in *.*.hop.clickbank.net and you'll see all kinds of results.

Keep in mind that this is only one of many Google hacks to spy on Clickbank affiliates. Also, there will be some trial and error as not all search results are goldmine campaigns....

Still, if it's on page 1 and 2 of google, I would bet that it's there for a reason (HINT - links, keyword optimization, and other valuable information that you can derive).

Do you see the power of this? Do you think that there might be some other Google commands that could get you even more valuable information.

I gave you more than enough to keep you busy.....So get going!

Well I'm actually getting ready to open the doors to a site that does just that. I'll actually be showing my sites that make money and the ones that do not. I'm also not going to charge a dime for people to see the sites.

It's going to get really interesting to say the least.

There are some suggestions in this thread that are better than the links to sites that you originally requested--and some I didn't know myself.

I think that you should follow WF signature links for some examples, also.
