2 Months of Hard Work Really Paid Off :)

So here's my story...

I found the Warrior Forum a few months ago. I read and read and read and just by following people's advice here, I was able to create a mini website. I placed adsense on the my site and while the placement is good, I had a hard time getting traffic to it.

I started to create backlinks (the backbone of traffic) and I been noticing my site increasing in the SERPs and began to get clicks here and there. On my site I had a page set up to review some Clickbank products related to my content.

Today I made my very first Clickbank sale

$24 but I feel like a million bucks right now.

For a guy like me that basically started out from scratch just a few months ago. I had no idea how to create a website, what an FTP client is or anything else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A special thanks goes out to Chris_surfrider who posted some real valuable info on how to set up an affiliate web page in the private war room discussion. Without it I don't think I would of made this sale.

Whatever you're doing now is the worst you can do - if you're already making money then you're off and running.

The first sale is always a trippy experience... it goes from disbelief, to joy, to spending the entire commission on booze and women. Which for the first commission... really doesn't get you too far.

As what Andy said, the hardest moment is over.

Now you just need to repeat it and scale it.

In fact, you said an important point.

The real gold is out there in this forum for FREE.

If someone just model you and read the post (ZERO dollar investment), he is going to make the first few sales just like you.

I just can't believe people complaining they cant get info or the product they buy is not detailed enough.

In fact, inertia and inaction are our greatest enemies.

I have not joined the war room but if it came from Chris_surfrider aka Chris Remple you should LISTEN!!! I have several of his products and reports and they're gold as far as I'm concerned. When Chris speaks, I listen.

I don't want this to sound like a giant butt kissing session but I think his products are no nonsense, free of any fluff, and full of information that if put to use, will make money for you.

Its pretty cool that your posting your first sale here. For someone who is new to IM, it really helps motivate me to work harder and stay focused. I can't wait until I see some results in my bank account.

Take Action! I kept on hearing those two words over and over and it didn't make as much sense to me. When I started to actually work, I began to understand why so many people say it.

Some of the stuff I learned, I wouldn't have been able to learn without doing. For example, stuff like keyword research and keyword density etc. flew over my head at first. It's only when I started working on my site that I began to realize their importance.
