Do You Want Tons of facebook Traffic?

Hi,

The power of Pictures, especially funny ones... a simple google search of images you can find dozens of them, Just simply find funny Pictures online and post them to your facebook wall... You will see how many people share them and you will gain tons of Facebook LIKES, Fans, Friends Etc... this method works and I have used it in many of my facebook pages.... I just wanted to past this along!!!

    What about copyright laws? Unless those are creative commons pics, someone owns them. Be careful.

    I never had any issues.. but if they do arise.. they will notify facebook with a take down notice.. that is all... most images that are funny are meant for sharing..

    Yeah, I even tried that one.
    Many of my friends share my posts.
    It's true that it can generate huge amount of traffic but it doesn't mean that the traffic is really the ideal traffic that you wanted.

    In my own point of view, I think having funny images is not good for internet marketing unless your business is all about fun and entertainment.

    There is no issue to post pictures in the face book fan page.
    The copyright issue only creates problems for you when you post these pictures into your own site.
    You can see that there are a lot different types of pictures in the face book and i have never heard any issue about copy rights in the face book.

    I 've seen tons of people doing this to generate traffic ...
    It does help ... it's like viral marketing .. people like, comment and share things they find funny ... But a good question is what do you want to do with the traffic ? Is there any failsafe way to monetize it?

    Pictures say a thousand words and a huge way to drive traffic to a website especially funny ones. For it to work, you have to have enough active friends to help share your posts.

    IMHO, anyone wants traffic that will generate 'money.' True, your friends or your friends' friends may share and like your page but I'm sure most of them are not your 'target' traffic.

    I agree to your OP at a certain degree, but I will stick to posting images, funny or not, that are relevant to my business only.

    They enjoy your funny image and like it. Hardly they are interested in what you are selling. Maybe that day is your lucky day you manage to get sales. I prefer to get "like" from people who are interested in my business. My concern is the image you get. Make sure you download the free image. Some picture are for sales. Do not use it. It's not funny.

    Also, keep in mind the concept of TARGETING. The best conversions come only from TARGETED and qualified traffic. These 2 concepts are related but different from each other. Your method doesn't seem to have either factor.
