Squidoo specific question

I can't find my answer online so I'll post here.

I am starting to experiment with squidoo + amazon and just published my first lens but something strange is happening. My profile is private and I couldn't see an option to make it public. Is it private by default? I already edited my bio but still it is not showing publicly.

I plan to make 5 lens a day until I reach 300 or more.
