This is a great, free site that links up bloggers with other bloggers - http://BloggerLinkUp.com/

You can request for guest posters or your can link up with other blogs that need guest posters. Updates are sent out by email after you register weekly.

That's a powerful FREE site. Here's a pro tip: focus on niches that have tons of articles and too few publishers. Stay away from niches that have tons of publishers. Also, it helps if your blog is at least a PR 1

Be careful what you ask for...

Just by mentioning it on this forum, you're likely to have wannabe guest posters coming out of your ears. Of course, most of them will define "unique" as able to pass some mechanical checker like Copyscape to some percentage of uniqueness. And their definition of quality is likely to be significantly different than yours.

If you're referring to the site in your signature, that is PR0 not PR5. (At least according to SEO For Chrome).

Here are the steps that you need to do to find writers, as guest posters, from the Warriors For Hire section.
1. Visit Warriors For Hire.
2. Scroll down to the very bottom. Find the 'Display Options' area.
3. On the "PREFIX" dropdown list, select "CONTENT."
4. Click the "SHOW THREADS" button. That's it. All the providers of content writing services will appear, for which we're one of them.

Have you tried simply contacting the blog writers you actually want to work with and asking them?

It really depends on how much content you want and why you want it. If you are just looking for a few guest posts here and there, it's worth it to reach out personally to the people you want to work with. If you're hoping to fill your blog with content that you don't want to write yourself, there are content writing services you can contract with.
