What would you guys do to make sites like fiverr better?

Since I do admit I use fiverr sometimes, and many people sell services to get hundreds of youtube views, facebook likes, and twitter followers on there.

Me I would remove those gigs, and sell more useful services to the consumer. Like when i first joined those gig sites I was having a bit of high hopes I could pick up small gigs, earn a few dollars here and there online doing small jobs as I am out of work but have a job interview tomorrow.

Like for the idea i kinda had for the site, people paying other people to do small data entry jobs or help em with website setup etc etc, if I had the money and resources I should set up a website that caters more to doing a mix of buying and selling of technological services like removing viruses remotely, tuning up computers, data entry, setting up web pages for people, writing documents, installing software etc etc, and remove entries for people selling fake fans on sites. But not make it like elance where bidding is a big thing.

But also have the ability to sell eBooks, as well as classifieds where one can buy and sell items (kinda like an eBay or Amazon.)
But I also admit I am a bit nervous of putting investment into a program some of you guys sell and I end up not making the money back.

I sell a few ebooks on Fiverr, but not like amazon..I think sellers that sell fake gigs should be banned..

yea, like me I am just making my start on there finding stuff for people, but its hard getting a gig. As well as the remote PC repair, but I think $5 for it is too little for it based on how slow ones computer is.

You can request buyers to buy 2 gigs at once or charge $5 per hour, or something like that. But there is a lot of Fiverr clones that let you charge up to $100 per gig, yeah not so popular, but just to mention
