Best Craigslist-type Sites/Places for non-US marketing online?

I'm wondering what you guys think are the best Craigslist-type places for marketing online to populations outside the U.S. I know Craigslist has global pages and all, but surely there are competing/even more popular sites in variou countries. Does anyone know of a handy list, have any first-hand knowledge of them? Or everyone will just tell me to go Google it? :p Any knowledge you can share would be appreciated, thanks!
