Graphics Newbie Needs HELP!!

Okay... all you graphics wizards!

I have a client who wants a picture of a car with flashing
headlights on his site. I'm using a blue AC Cobra because he
has one in stock.

So...

I grabbed a picture of a lighthouse with a flashing light
and cropped out the light... then pasted it over the headlights
in the picture... thinking I was being Mr. Clever... lol

Here's a page with the picture...

As you can see... the lights are flashing but not together.

Mr. Clever? Not so much... lol

So... how do I make the lights flash together?

OR...

How much would you charge to create what I actually need?
If we're creating something new it would be a nice touch to also
have some actual beams shining downward from the lights.

problem fixed

Used the same speed you originally had can slow down if you want.

I think it'd be better to get some kind of light effect instead of the white space.

It's physically impossible for them to go out of sync only two layers

layer one lights are on

layer two lights or off

rinse and repeat...

the getting out of sync you are seeing is the effect of eye strain,

e-mail2u had it right the first time with one layer for both lights. The blinking starts messing with your eyes the faster the repetitions.
