Wordpress Plugin RSS Reader Help

Wondered whether any fellow warriors can help me.
I am looking for a tool for my Wordpress site that will read RSS Feeds and pull over all content including text, images and videos onto a post.
Idea is that I can create a new post, make it sticky so that it sits at the top of a category and it will automatically update as it is tied into an RSS Feed. I can find lots of plugins that do this but none that actually pull and display images and videos, only ones that show text.
