Facebook List Building?

I don't really use Facebook as a user. I just started running Facebook ads, but I'm looking into good ways to build a list from my Facebook fans.

Is it best to create a fanpage and ask people to optin? Can I install an optin form on my fanpage?

Thanks in advance!

It used to be easy to build an FB page with easy click squeeze page links. Not anymore. With the new timeline, you have to be tricky. Use the app section to enable you to tweak the page to direct the reader to clicking a link.

I don't really use facebook much for list building, but if you're running facebook ads, can't you just redirect the traffic that you're getting from the ads, to a squeeze page?

Search the forum...saw a post that you can actually have a opt in page build under the tab and just direct user to it...

Constantly provide value to your fans and promote your squeeze page at a later stage

The best thing to do would be to be active on other Facebook groups and pages, and then to post great CONTENT, and with each post or every other post include an interest grabbing headline and then a link to your products/squeeze page/sales page etc. I'm an expert in doing this fast and if you'd like to learn more about my methods feel free to PM or click the link in my signature.

    Hope that helps!

    Sincerely,

I think facebook list building will be effective if you are actually interacting with your friends and posting interesting articles and photos.post funny pictures from time to time to disperse the boredom and increase the interaction with other users. Others use facebook wrong by posting link and leave it as it is and not promoting it.

You can choose Aweber then install a script into your FB page for building the list through Aweber.

Split test split test split test!

Run ads with a squeeze, and without a squeeze, and see which makes more money.

PS: I've banked with facebook ads, very doable if you find a good angle

One tip I use is this: say you went to a mall, what type of offers would 9/10 people in the mall want? (Just average people)

You should use a fanpage .. with a fanpage you can easily communicate with your followers. IE. your fanpase is a 'second list' .. you can use an app to create an opt in form on a fanpage tab. Then you can point your facebook ads to that app. This works really well when you throw in some 'like gating'

Check out this app for creating custom tabs on a fanpage and for adding in opt in forms. Its called the IFRAME app but it allows for custom code to be entered instead of an IFRAME , this custom code could be your auto responder opt in code.

You can add opt in forms to FB fan pages. I have them on all my pages. It's rather simple to do too.
