    Broderick,

Check out which other gigs are selling a lot and then try to provide a similar service. Don't copy them, but you don't need to reinvent the wheel. Perhaps take what others are doing and do it BETTER!

Try to come out with a new service. Yeah, one that is unique. For example, like this one.

It should place a smile on your face.

Oldbittygrandma will video myself as a hippie for $5, only on fiverr.com

Get a few friends to buy gigs from you to build up your positive feedback. Nothing helps me pick a service more than seeing lots of great reviews.

Be original first and foremost. There are a lot of gigs out there that are similar to one another, this makes it harder to find you. When you do get gig sales, be sure to have very clear instructions for your buyers as well. Most importantly, try to maintain a positive rating, 95% or better.

Make a promo video and upload it to YouTube. Then title with high search keywords, and pay someone on fiverr to get it more views and likes. So that you can get ranked on YouTube by the keywords.
Also if a wanted gig does not make a sale on first day of uploading, remove and upload it again.
Most of my first sales come from people searing in most recent section.

Don't sell any service for $5 that takes you more than 10 minutes to complete from start to delivery.

In the end, after fiverr and paypal fees you earn $3.92

It takes at least 15 days from the completion of the gig before you will be allowed access to your funds to use in fiverr or transfer to paypal.

Make sure your gigs are unique and original. Promote multiple gigs also. Tell your customers to leave a good feedback for you. Show images (if you can) of examples of the work that you will be delivering.
