E-book cover or no ebook cover? (ytour opinion please)

I am working on a health ebook package I'm going to be selling soon (1 book and 3 bonuses).

Should I create a cover for each ebook or just 1 cover and change the title for each book?

I ask b/c I was thinking about the splash page and I'm thinking it'll add more credibility to have a cover on the splash page.

Any insights is appreciated.

  • People judge products based on the cover so I would go all out and create covers for all the ebooks.

Most I talk to in my circle have went away from any ebook cover at all and have replaced it with a video type squeeze.

I'd go with an ebook cover for each ebook. Having a ebook cover brings an ebook to life, IMO. Pictures are worth a thousand words.

I could argue either way on this.

But, for marketing sake, it's good to have a pretty picture that helps convert, right?

(But, those with wisdom know damn sure that you can't judge a book by its cover)

Just remember, targeting those with wisdom isn't always so wise. (because the demographics are so slim)

Why not? add 3 more covers. It doesn't take a lots of time.
It will let your eBook be more professional.
At the same time, you can brand yourself.

Packaging is everything, it will increase value of each product if you give e-cover for all of them. With that way, buyer will confidence that you really give them 3 e-book bonuses that have similar value with the one that they bought. It'll increase their confidence level that you give more than what they paid

    Cheers,

If the books are a series or set the same cover with different titles is fine.

I would do 3 cause, it will appear they are getting more. There a couple guys on fiverr that do multiple for only $5

I agree - do 3 separate covers. It makes you appear more professional. Also, if people download all the ebooks to their iPad or tablet, the covers separate the books from each other and all the other downloaded books that seem to accumulate on tablets.
