Question about links to sites with Malware

Are links to sites with malware or viruses to be reported to the help desk? I ask because I always scan a site before I visit it and run into at least six a week. Also, in the past one of the sales page images in the WSO section linked to a site with malware builders. I reported that one, but it was still active the last time I checked.
