I have a YouTube channel that is getting 15,000 - 30,000 views a day and I have only just thought about using clickbank with it.

I'm just not sure how I could get the most out of clickbank through my videos, like where I should put product links and what sort of products will best sell through my channel.

My channel - TehhFrosty (can't post links im a newb )

Click bank offer is not going to be the best way for you to monetize for this type of niche..

You should allow Youtube monetization. Surely they invited you by now.

Secondly you should develop a brand outside of Youtube. Take some of that traffic and send it to your own website.

Feel free to contact me on Skype and I can give you better one on one consulting

      Thanks for the reply.

The channel was partnered and earning me money up until 2 weeks ago when a video got flagged and therefore stopped me being able to monetize.

I thought if I put product links on all my videos, annotations and all, that it might generate some sales atleast?

It looks like a few of your videos aren't within Youtube's TOS for monetization.

And Clickbank isn't your only option. You should probably experiment with a few different options, such as Amazon, eBay, etc, as well as considering sending people to squeeze pages to get email addresses.

I'm telling you that your best bet is to focus and taking your base traffic and start moving it to your own branded website.

Imagine if Youtube wanted to be a butthole and just deleted your account. This can happen

I agree with this idea. You can make a site or blog with good content then put your website link in description filed.

I totally agree with the other comment, because if you really want to do Click Bank affiliate you would definitively need a website with a brand. Something that people can remember.

Also, click bank affiliation is really busy and you would really need to offer bonuses, and a website would be a perfect place to do so.

I had the same situation than you and I didn't use Click Bank to monetize my traffic, but you would also depend what type of niche your targeted.

    good luck for the future

I use Youtube videos to drive the traffic from Youtube to my own site and on there I can sell them things or promote Clickbank offers. You can however add Clickbank hops (shorten using TinyURL as they allow affiliate links) directly to the video and video description if you wish but IME they don't convert well. I know some people who make a full time living out of this method though so YMMV.

Fail videos are hard to monetize, I recommend going the CPA route.

I make a killing with ClickBank in the right niches, but for the other niches I go with CPA.

It would be hard to set-up a fail type website, due to the big players dominating everything I.e. FailBlog

If they were dominating everything, the OP wouldn't be getting 15,000-30,000 video views a day. With that many eyeballs, he'll have an easier time doing it than most people.

Trust me when I tell you that split testing and rotating offers is your best bet.

I would immediately get a rotating script (can be very simple) and begin rotating a mix between cpa/clickbank offers, and see what converts. Once you discover what converts, you know what to do.

I would definitely recommend the site, you could get people onto a fan page as well where you post videos and monetize with cpa.

I've always had a stupid question about this.

Say you get 1 million views on a video. And you have youtube monetization turned on. How much on avg can you expect to make from that many views?

I know it depends on a ton of factors, but I'm just trying to get a rough idea.
Do you need millions upon millions of views to make decent cash on youtube?

Start running ads on your videos. It's free to do and will allow people to click on the links and go straight to whatever it is you are promoting.

Here is a free tutorial on how to set that up.

Have you signed up with Adsense on Youtube? Maybe that can bring you some revenue with your 20,000 a day video views.

I've had a few problems when I post affiliate links in the description of my YouTube video. YouTube penalize affiliate links, but not all.
It is best to make your blog and advertise some products or to sell ad space. From 500,000 views per month, your blog will get at least 50,000 visitors a month just from YouTube plus visits from Google.

In my opinion the best option you have is:

    FIVERR.COM

Go there and create a GIG

Offer to advertise their Video Link on Your Video.

It will sell like candy trust me...

    Hi,

I read so many about video marketing and youtube.

Some say they may not direct sales from that, they build alist. But does a youtube subscriber list convert? Does youtube people in your list buy affiliate products (I hope) ?????

Or is that youtube traffic complet worst tof time and convert not to any money?

        Not a good business model.
There are lots of big boys out there with the same business model (showing video's and pictures that ain't theirs) and earning the big checks with Adsense.

I have a license for EVP2 which is great for that as it allows putting clickbank affiliate links right into the videos and other cool features.

Dont just pick a product and put the affiliate link out there at least do a domain redirect.

Or better yet link to your website where you collect emails for a specific niche and promote to people that way after you give them loads of free content.

You can definitely monetize with cpa offerrs. Also you can use YouTube Partner program. That is a good option. If you are going to use that option make sure to have quality videos and not anything that can potentially get you banned.

Hopefully you can get 5 million subscribers and make $2,000,000 per year making youtube videos like raywilliamjohnson keep going!

due to your niche i don't know of many things that click bank has to offer for it. one thing that comes to my mind though is if there is some kind of advertising you could get paid to have on there. just a thought. that is of course like people have said there are no copyright problems with the niche.

If I were you I would start funneling your traffic into your own systems.

As others have stated, this is a medium you don't control!
