An Easy Way to Track Social Proof Before Sending Out My Incentive?

I'd love to get your feedback on this for ideas. I have an eBook which I used to give away as an incentive for signing up for my email list, now since I revamped and added a lot more content to it (it's almost 100 pages now) I want to give it away in exchange for some social proof, namely Facebook likes, Twitter followers, and YouTube subscribers.

Ideally I'd get people to give me all three but I recognize that some people might not have accounts on Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Furthermore I want to get proof that I have received the social proof before sending out the book. Any recommendations on any of this would be greatly appreciated.

    There's a few plugins on the market that allow downloads to be triggered whenever someone clicks a social button on your site. I think a recent one I saw was called WP Viral Outbreak.

    If it has to be multiple shares or follows I guess you could use a content locking sequence with specific buttons along the sequence.
