Default What software do you use to filter out your spam?

Hi,

All of a sudden I am overrun with spam. Just in the last 10 to 14 days?

I really cannot simply delete my email addresses and start over
I have over 100 email addresses
Tried SpamAssassin via my cpanel, that was rather unimpressive.

I thought about activating BoxTrapper Spam Trap via my cpanel but I'm
guessing that will basically not allow me to receive email form auto-responders
any longer? (correct?) That will not work for me

I presently use Mailwasher desktop & it is not doing the job at all.

I'm looking for a server based program that will really work well,
is hopefully open source with lots of smart people working on it.
What I need is the FireFox of spam filtering

Please Advise & Thank You
Dave

I have not done it, but I understand there is a way to run your email through gmail and they have the best spam filters going, and then have it come to you.
