    If it's for uploading your files, why not use the file manager that is built into your host's control panel? Alternatively, use a good FTP program like Filezilla.

    Free is filezilla, and winscp to upload files via FTP.
    Do you have hosting and a domain yet?

    If so l would suggest you install wordpress (most hosts have a one click wordpress installer in cpanel). and then grab one of the any 10,000,000 free wordpress photo gallery plugins.

      how i can do this work?

        It is not free, but you can try uploadscript.com - it is a PHP file upload script with ajax and flash that you can host on your own server - and have your own file hosting service. It allows users to upload files to your server and you can manage this from an administrators interface.
