How the heck are they doing this???

So I have a site in the health niche. Was fluctuating between #1 & #2 on Google before panda/penguin. Been monitoring new SEO efforts lately and noticed a site quickly ranking.

Now this site is #4....and get this...the domain redirects to a clickbank affiliate sales page??.....

I'm stumped on how they are doing this? I've heard about doing 301 redirects to help overcome panda/penguin issues, but the snippet shows random words not even related to the keyword or domain let alone even link to the domain?
Please pm me with any insight you might have! I will give you the domain to further evaluate how this is possible. Any help is greatly appreciated!

      It's not my affiliate page it's their own...I assume? Example...yourwebsitedotcom redirects to your affilate product...ranking #4???

    A lot of people hate penguin and panda but I promise if you are a decent web design then you should love, the web is back to be a decent place to search since and is getting better as we go and its about time!
