IM work escrow payment options?

What's a good LOW RATE escrow service for holding money for internet marketing work? I'd like to avoid any credit card and paypal chargebacks. And I don't think I want to take anymore hits on my personal paypal account.

Elance has a good system, but their fees are too high and besides I'm finding work through other means, so why pay their fees.

I'm looking for one that caters to the US and international countries. Does anyone have any experience with this or can recommend a review site?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Escrow dot com is the number one escrow site.
As to the fee, you might charge your clients a
few extra dollars to cover it.

I found that escrow.com is great for large amounts, but for small escrow payments the fee is too high, there was some rumour that PayPal was going to open some form of escrow service but I have not seen anything about that ina long time.

I beleive moneybookers have an escrow scheme for auction buyers and sellers, maybe there is some mileage in exploring it.
