Best Wordpress Plugin Autoresponder ??

I have seen a few Wordpress plugin autoresponders mentioned in WSO's etc here, but cannot recall the posts.

Can anyone recommend one?

I would like to move from Aweber.

    You could try mailchimp (not wordpress).

    Also you could try (again not wordpress) GetResponse or iContact...

    Why do you want to move from Aweber?

    Search "GWA Auto responder" or "Newsletter Pro" > both plugins

    I haven't tried plugins, I prefer having a dedicated client like Aweber handle all of that.

    Mailchimp is quite rubbish.
    GetResponse or iContact - again they are paid solutions.
    Which is why I want to move from Aweber.
    Don't get me wrong, they are very good, the best in my opinion.
    However you can end up paying $2-300 a month depending on your list size and that for me is rather silly.

    As far as free solutions go, GWA Auto responder is actually pretty decent.

    The only problem is you don't have a guaranteed whitelisted IP. Other than that it works and it does handle autoresponder series.

      I've tried them all and keep returning to Aweber. But, for a new blog I'm currently trying out GWA Auto responder PLUS the Yoast Postmark Email Plugin for Wordpress.

      To quote Postmark: "This plugin replaces WordPress' internal email sending functionality by routing all email through Postmark, greatly enhancing email reliability. If you rely on your WordPress install to send you email, this plugin along with the awesome service from Postmark makes sure that it actually does reach its destination.Emails sent through Postmark will, if you've set up your email addresses in Postmark correctly, show up as signed in people's inboxes."


      So far, this experiment is going well and I'm happy with the combination of the two plugins.

    Well one thing that I must let you know all,
    I'M FRESHER IN THIS FIELD
    So the thing is I've heard a lot of the time that the Word press plugin always been useful for the Sites so the thing is I'm still wondering to know that what is actually word press plugin and how is this work for the site. yeah I know there is in this thread you've put some knowledge about it but it's been pretty tough to me for being understood about it so is there any method someone of you know that could be helpful to me?

    "wp responder email autoresponder and newsletter" looks very good, and there's an intergartion with s2member:

    I am considering buying MyMail, which is a paid WP plugin. It looks awesome and you can send your emails through an external service for better deliverability: Options | MyMail Newsletter Plugin
