How many clicks does a good ad get before it dies out (generally after 3-5 days)?

I started using FB advertising a few months ago. You get the most clicks at the start of your campaign but I now use the geographic targeting options, so I target the ads at just a few countries for a few days, then change the options. This maintains a steady flow of visitors.

When the time comes to go back to the original countries I change the headline, wording and graphic to keep the ad fresh.

Nio93, I'm not referring to the CPM or CPC features.

Rosetrees, thanks for the response. Looks like Facebook PPC is working for you.

How many clicks to your website do you normally expect to get on a good ad (from the beginning until the end of its shelf-life)?

I've just been adding a post about this to my new blog. Here's the screenshot from my campaign for its lifetime (5 months). It's in a tightly targeted niche.

    That's impressive rosetrees!

Really high CTR and low CPC.

    And lots of clicks too.

    Thanks for sharing.
