Does 1 Page Clickbank Product Sales Work these days?

Hey Guys,
As you know Google is constantly changing their algorithms and I was just wondering whether Clickbank 1 Page Squeeze pages works for selling products...I mean as an affiliate. I am very new to the affiliate industry and I am trying to learn the art of being successful.

Can you please suggest whether to go for a niche blog and promote the products or to first try out with a one long squeeze page.

Thanks,
Rahul

I would staying away from Adwords the bann accounts very agrressively.

If you are talking SEO, I suggest building a site with content and putting the squeeze in the sidebar.

    Google + squeeze/sales page = stress + disaster + (banned account)

    Stay away from this combination.

Hey, If you are just starting out it would be wise to do your research into your chosen niche and look deeper into micro niche of your desired area you wish to enter.

Once you have done that it would be wise to do key word research etc. You can get your self a domain name and hosting package and create a site. You could then focus on list building but implementing a good strategy. There are many strategies you could use. Ill give you one. Offer your prospect a free product and allow them to opt in, your squeeze page should be linked in with a auto responder and so on. Capturing leads. I hope that helps but if you want other product that could help traffic generation go to WSO section.

Well If you want to rank a squeese page on Google First Page is going to be kinda hard even with paid advertising they do not allow squeese pages so unless you want to create mini sites with a opt in box that is kinda different but just a squeese page alone they do not accept that.Hope I have helped

There are two parts to this question I guess..

    1) Ranking a squeeze page on google

It can be done, but not just like that.. You need to build content then use a plugin to pop up a squeeze page. All you need in the pop is an attention grabbing header, strong bullet points and the optin form. Next, when they exit your page, you can redirect them to a squeeze page.

The end result is you getting subscribers ... but you need to have content worth reading in your site as well if you want to rank.

    2) Ranking a 1 page website

The short answer is no. Your website needs to be updated with new content every once in a while. Research Google caffeine. Google likes fresh content. If the website does not produce any new content it loses freshness and it drops in results.

They work for many affiliates, certainly.

I don't use them, myself, because I find the quality of lists I can build with an opt-in on a content-rich site (even a small one) is so superior to the quality of list I can build from a squeeze page that there's little comparison. Different people opt in to each. But I know that large numbers of successful ClickBank affiliates do use squeeze pages instead. It's a perfectly viable system, depend on your traffic demographics and continuity-processes with your subscribers.

If you're interested in promoting ClickBank products, the three essentials are in this post: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post6737670

What do you mean by "long squeeze page"?

You're not confused between "squeeze pages" and "sales pages", are you? A squeeze page is - by definition - a page of which the sole purpose is to collect the visitor's email address and it has no other content at all, apart from incentivizing the opt-in.

Affiliates don't need sales pages at all (and shouldn't try to use them!). Affiliates pre-sell; vendors sell.

      Hi,
I am talking about a page that has 2000-3000 word content, a video and a Add to Cart button at the end.

That's a "sales page", Rahul - not a "squeeze page". Yes, they can work very well for selling products to highly targeted traffic which has already been warmed up ("pre-sold to") by affiliates.

(Personally, I'm far more comfortable sending my traffic to pages without a video, but that's a less important point).

Yes, it can work of you have done on-page optimization properly. But I'm not sure how effective is your squeeze page so that you would be able to sell the products.

I would advise to use targeted keywords if you are optimizing your squeeze page.

Those targeted keywords should include, buy, purchase, reviews, order, cheap, price etc.
