Outsource jobs to others

So I have about 10 micro-niche sites made now.

I did the entire lot from keyword research to design myself, I actually quite enjoyed it even though it was time consuming. Now I hear from all the verterans on here you should outsorce as soon as possible so you can get on with your other stuff and not be stuck doing slow, laborious tasks.

The question is, who do you outsorce to? Any tips?

For instance if I wanted my web 2.0 links done? Other backlinks suck as blog comments and forum posts?

I already have an article writer through fiverr, so thats no longer a time-consuming problem. What I really need is the other 'link' stuff doing so I have more free time to create more sites etc

But seriously, there are lots of options for outsourcing. oDesk, elance, guru. Or there are many warriors offering services in the classifieds section/all around the site. It usually takes a little trial and error to find the right person for you, but once you do, it will enhance your work flow considerably.

Hire a virtual assistant and teach the person.

Make sure you try Odesk. I think this is the best site to find people. That said, you need practice finding good people, and this is a worthwhile endeavor.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

Right here in the warrior forum and you will see all the reviews from the other warriors that have used the services. Alternatively ODesk and elance which I am new to using myself are very good also

I've had great experiences with oDesk, so I highly recommend it as well.

oDesk is good. I do all my important links (i.e. tier 1s) myself and out source tier 2s/3s, etc. That way if your assistant does screw it up, it doesn't harm the money site too much and can be recovered.

I use a VA in the Philippines who specialises in creating backlinks and has done a great job with getting my sites ranked. It took a little training in the beginning but now things work like clockwork.

Rather than have one VA doing everything, I suggest compartmentalising your business. That way, if you lose someone or things go awry, you haven't got all your eggs in one basket.

Now my backlinking is automated I'm thinking my next outsourcers will be for writing/curation, and PR. The interesting thing will be connecting the VA's to one another to build a system to automate the building, marketing, backlinking and promotion of my niche sites.
