How much is a Weightloss Keyword domain worth?

I do have a .org domain with 8k exact searches and cpc of $1.98

Lose weight ********

Do have few offers around mid $xxx.

Is this domain worth more than that?
Should i dispose this domain or is it worth developing it?
What would be the best methods to monetize it?

Hope for some solid inputs.
Thanks

Unless you have developed the domain it is worth about ten bucks at name cheap.

      Yeah this is not true.

If I had that domain and wanted to dump it, I'd go to YP.com - Yellow Pages, the new YELLOWPAGES.COM and call every fitness instructor and sell it for what they will pay. That's how much it's worth.

Look real close at what I said and tell me what isn't true.

You said it's worth $10 at namecheap.

But the beginning of your statement was almost implying that it was only worth $10 and no more unless it was developed, which is untrue. Any domain is worth what someone is willing to pay, developed or not.

So ultimately the correct answer is... whatever someone is willing to pay.

Are they not developing the domain (to some extent) even if they are only hyping it up to a potential client?

        I bought a domain bestXYZcitylawyer.com

I called a law firm and said:

"hey I just bought bestXYZcitylawyer.com and I think this could be a great way for you to expand you brand I'll sell it to you for $300"

Sold. (It wasn't quite THAT simple but you get the idea)

I can understand now you want to bring the sales pitch into you're "idea" of "developing" it but it shows you're just reaching for strings.

I have noticed in most of the conversations you have here you seem to want to appear like the final authority on the matter. I am not reaching for anything. I am saying you are developing the domain to a point when you use your sales pitch.

I can promise you ... you are not helping your cause by going to several threads and trying to appear like you know everything.

Is your site getting lots of traffic?

How much traffic are you getting this second?

It's potentially, bank, I can tell you that the weightloss niche is worth money, but it depends if you're getting traffic or not. (that's the only stat that matters)
