Clickbank - Anybody had a drop in sales this month?

I was just wandering if anybody else has experienced a drop in sales this month, compared to previous months?

This has nothing to do with the niche, because I promote various products in various niches, and all of them are performing worse compared to last month.

I'm hoping this is just variance kicking in, but it seems very odd that some products which would normally generate 1-2 sales per day, are now struggling to make 1-2 per week.

I personally don't have an issue with Clickbank products so far.

How long has the trend been settling? How are you driving
traffic, could it be a traffic bottleneck?

Our clients who have been regularly ordering ClickBank product reviews are not experiencing a downward trend on sales, however. I hope sales will kick in soon again for you.

I have noticed a slight decline in sales as well but not as much as yours.
However sales tend to drop & pick up from time to time, that's normal.
Just check on you're traffic sources.

Damn, I was thinking about that too. Earlier I was getting a good 6-8% conversion on "Magic of making up" But in last 10 days I got just 2 sales from near 200 hops. Others are also not doing that good. Maybe someone has a answer.

Well clickbank recently had a little system glitch, where all the vendor's sales pages
Where down, it gave some kind of error, but lasted for a few hours only. So who knows?

Nope, not really. Although they are "slightly" lower than this time last month.

To echo WinstanTain, how are you driving the traffic?

    I actually had a rise...

... I set up a site a while back (a year ago, I think) and just left it sitting there and it usually makes me $200 or so bucks a months - This month so far, I think I have made $312.63, which is pretty nice seeing as I didn't have to do anything.

Although, it's probably just a nice little coincedence.

I'm curious how all of you are driving targeted traffic, are you using PPC?

        Myself personally, I got lucky..

.. I set up a site in the 'womens problems' niche (if ya' know what I mean), a little basic SEO and before I knew it I was ranked second for 2 medium length keywords and third for a long tail one.

And for whatever reason I've never moved from that position.

This happens every couple of months, but your numbers are a bit lower than I'd expect.

Im curious to see what kind of traffic you're driving as well- or maybe you're in a niche that's more seasonal?

Sales will vary from month to month. One month you may make $3,000, the next month you may make $1,300, then the month after that you may make $7,000. It's just natural. Just keep marketing.
