What's the best way to create opt in forms?

Hey there,

I have several ways of creating opt in forms, but they aren't as professional looking as I'd like. Does anyone have a simple program
for creating opt in forms that they like. I'd like the option to create
many of them.

If your using Wordpress there are a few options such as OptimizePress and Lead Rocket. I believe Lead Rocket even has an WSO going on right now.

Other than that you can probably find some easy templates to edit from Google.

Thanks for the responses. I just realized I may not have been clear in the way I worded it. I need to create pages with the optin form. Something like this, but maybe with just the video and optin form.

You should probably get a good free website building tool with templates, that you can add your opt-in form on. Not hard at all. Keep it basic, and drive alot of traffic to it.

and don't go for overly professional optin and sales pages. It sounds crazy but really profession pages don't sell the product as well. Ask around. My mentor did extensive split testing on great professional pages, and the simpler ones did better.
I've read that in other forums as well. Clean and attractive sells better!

I just came across this, maxblogpress.com/plugins/mofa/. I have not tried it yet, but I'm going to give it a try.
Thanks dadhere for the advice on squeeze page style. I've often wondered about being too "slick" with the salesy squeeze page, especially in some niches. I think we're used to them here as IM'ers but I won't be surprised if more humble pages convert better.
Only way to know for sure is to test, of course.
