Does Doing Big Business With Phone Conversations Prevent Web Risks?
Many people find it weird when I sell sites I like to speak by phone.
Some would find it even weirder I once flew to Cali to meet with a buyer to do a deal in person/cash, that wasn't even quite 100k years ago.
However, i notice all the people with millions I deal with don't find that 'strange'. They actually tend to become regulars and distant friends, increasing my network.
With all this said... I think the Warrior forum would be a great place to discuss because while people here are doing good. Most are not power players on-line. Most are likely 'builders' of the web from what I can read and "not the sharks that eat a site and spit it back out, polished like the best diamond money can buy".
So with that said.............. Would you waste your time conversing with someone who had a project for sale you want? ? ? ? or would you brush it off and think it's too 'strange'?
And do you believe/realize that a person who speaks to you by phone (a direct line ) has less to hide. More likely to give you a project that is of the value it's portrayed?
Would love to hear feedback!
