Infusionsoft Advice - Been searching for a long long time....

Hello,

I have a supplement that I am selling online and I want to offer multiple purchase options and I can not find a way to set it up with infusionsoft.

At this link: FocalFuel | Peak Performance Brain Supplement is an example of the options I want to offer.

Can anyone help with this, I know it is a very specific questions but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. In the future my company will be moving away from Infusionsoft but right now it is what we are working with.

The #1 problem I am having is that order forms do not allow you to offer more than one quantity of a product. For example if I wanted to provide the option to sell 3 bottles of my supplement, my only option is to use the shopping cart instead of an order form, but all shopping cart settings are global thus specific tags I want to apply and actions I want to start to not work.

    I have actually had very mixed experiences with Infusionsoft support. Their tier two support is great, but ultimately they have said

    "it is something we are thinking about adding into order form functionality at some point in the future, but there are custom coding options that others have done."

    and beyond that there is not further help they offer

      I am an early Infusionsoft Certified Consultant. My name is Cliff Jones. I am not a programmer, more a strategy, mapping and sales force development CRM advisor and consultant. What I can tell you is the current cart offers limited function as you describe. There may be some ninja trick kinds of programmers in the Infusionsoft developer community who can answer right away. I can also tell you there are developing a massive redo of the cart because of it's current limitations. Hope this helps.

        Joshua, I am a product manager with Infusionsoft. In our upcoming release in a couple of weeks, we built new order forms that will allow you to add multiple quantities of an item. The only other issue I see is that it seems you want to apply different tags to the different combinations of products. New order forms now share the shopping cart actions, so if you want to apply different tags based upon the combinations, you could create separate products.

        How many different combinations do you want to offer, other than the four you listed on your site?

          sorry for the late reply. I only want to offer 4 different options. quantity of 1, quantity of 2, quantity of 3, and a subscription option. The only issue for creating multiple products for the tagging dilemma is the our fulfillment center charges us per SKU, and creating different products means creating different SKU thus fulfillment price goes up.
