Amazon Linking Question

I've been doing great with amazon but I haven't tried this yet. Does Amazon allow linking products from unrelated keywords or images?

Thanks

Personally I haven't heard of it being an issue, from what i've read. How would you link that way? Manually?

Manually without any use of link cloaking. For example, I want to link a funny image to a specific amazon product while keeping the original amazon link.

I agree, sounds like a cool idea as well, maybe add some text to the pic, like meme

There have been some products sold here with that basic idea but with images of hot girls and guys linking to a dating site. The strategy seemed to work pretty well.

I would suspect that as long as you are not linking pictures of puppies or kitties to something inappropriate you will probably be OK.

Honestly I've never seen Amazon care about anything, they have about as relaxed guidelines for incoming affiliate links that I've seen of any system.
