How To Make $1,000

If you're not opposed to some face to face marketing, here are some ideas that can net you $1,000 - $10,000 Profit per month OFFLINE...

There is a recession, everyone agrees on that point now, so everyone also agrees that they must find ways out to generate income while the economy heals itself or gets fixed... That means there is a ton of opportunity out there that perhaps did exist before the recession but can now be even more readily profitable because of it (the recession).

If that sounds appealing to you, here's an idea to generate the amounts specified in the title...

Target information seekers OFFLINE who have no reason or do not have the time or ability to go online to search for useful recession bursting information. You package information that will give them a ton of useful knowledge and strategies they can use (and yes this info can and will probably be free online), you burn this info on CDs (CD pack of 50 will cost you less than $10), you then sell each CD for whatever the market will bear.

If your market will pay $10, charge that much, if they will pay $1, charge that much. The cost to you to package this information is your time spent online seeking out recession bursting information anyway, so why not package what you find and use it to help those who would want this information but would never think to go online for it? There are a ton of these types of people in every city, you just have to do your homework where you live to locate them.

If you sell a pack of 50 CDs for $50 (say you charge a buck per CD), to make $1,000 all you need to do is sell out 20 of this packs or 1,000 CDs at $1 each.

If you think that's impossible then you've never held a garage or boot sale before, people will flock to buy anything as long as they believe it to be valuable and that includes during a recession.

If you don't want to go door to door, you can find a location where you can display your CDs, with information pamphlets, and you can offer a free 45 minute talk regarding recession bursting and then offer the CDs at the end of your talk. If you have to rent a space or spend a lot on petrol or public transportation going door to door then charge a little more for the CDs to cover your costs.

The reason this is a much easier way to make the money you need is because offline you don't have to wait for the customers to find you, you go out and find them and that puts YOU back in the driver's seat. Online, you do PPC, article marketing, forum marketing, affiliate marketing etc, and your success hinges on people FINDING YOU and following your links and doing what you want them to do... OFFLINE, YOU GO TO THEM and usually people you meet will automatically then follow up with what you want them to do.

Why? Because the offline crowd is far more forgiving than the online crowd, their attention span is longer than those of onliners who view up to 20 sites all at once, and they have usually made a decision to spend money within the first few minutes of seeing an ad than an onliner who has the luxury of doing more and more research right on the spot before he has to commit to buying from you.

This idea will probably work for you in other niches not just recession bursting or money making, but because of the dire circumstances of most out there, the latter information will probably be much catchier, test what you prefer to market and see the results first hand.

If you start today, you could have enough information to burn on your CD within a few hours and be out in the shops grabbing some CD bundle packs and burning them quick as they can be burned. Next get some fliers made and distributed for your free walk in recession bursting talk, or you can go door to door and do a quick 5 - 10 min pitch (if your local area is inclined to that) and sell your $1 - $2 or even $10 CD on the spot.

There are obviously one or 2 things you can do to make this idea work even better but this should get you going now.

The business which you are describing is, in fact, an information business - you are selling information actually. Just the marketing environment is different.

You've just touched upon a fantastic idea that not many online marketers would've thought of before.
I absolutely agree with you that money can be made offline as well as online if you have a good enough idea and a big enough demand for that product.
But the real question raised here is whether people out there have the time and patients to do what you've mentioned.

In this day and age, in particular, people have become complacent and lazy since the online game has offered a much easier option for them to make money, albeit it does require some form of work, the physical aspect of it is minimal in comparison to offline work.
So its a question of whether people out there would be willing to put in the leg work (physically) to see some coffers in their pockets.

This is an awesome idea and one that would without doubt offer huge returns from very little work. There are so many money making ideas that can be packaged onto a CD which could be done in a few days via videos and PDF reports. You could sell this info for at least $5.00+

I have two areas where I have gathered a lot of information. I had already thought of putting the best free material online, but I overlooked the possibility of putting this material on CD's I can sell cheaply.

I want to learn how to make an autorun CD that will automatically open an html file from the CD in the web browser. This would let me reuse the graphic design, layout and navigation from my online library pages. It would also let me guide the user through what to read first, so they don't get overwhelmed by too many files on the CD.

And one other twist I just remembered is that some CD manufacturers make business card sized blank CD's. From a google search, I found one seller offering 100 blank business card CD's for $200. The small CD's hold something like 50 MB which is plenty for helpful files.

Gogetta, you're spot on, I just had a customer ask me if I was going to have more than one CD on different topics cos they are interested. I said YES.

My update as mentioned earlier... I just made 2 sales less than an hour after posting this idea here... I haven't even created the product, I haven't bought any CDs, I'm still compiling the information, 2 of my colleagues in the office have already "bought" a CD each... I haven't collected the cash, it's closing time here so I'll do that tomorrow... I chose a topic I know they would love, I am gonna work on packaging FREE videos, articles, ebooks and even add my affiliate links for if they want to online and buy (these 2 may not but others might)... I already "made money" before the service even got fully kicked off.

I'd say that's an idea waiting to blossom

By the way this is the easiest money I ever made, nothing online I've done has made me money this fast after having an idea and not yet producing the content... and this is much easier to do... they need the product and I'm happy to offer it, by the way, I'm charging 10 bucks per CD for this one...

Easy money? Lets not count any hens yet, I'll update y'all later
